All of our furniture is manufactured locally in Melbourne. Our upholstery workshop sits adjacent to our showroom, our cabinetry is made by a nearby maker, and our solid timber furniture is crafted on the Mornington Peninsula.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes — we work with experienced carriers who deliver our furniture to every Australian state.
What is your lead time?
Lead times vary seasonally, and we will give you the latest estimate when you place your order. As a guide, our Melbourne-made sofas, armchairs and ottomans have an 8 week turnaround.
How much deposit is required to place an order?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance due before delivery. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is priced based on your location and access. For Melbourne Metro, ground floor house access is $195 and first floor is $245. Interstate deliveries are quoted individually.
Do you offer fabric protection?
Many of our fabrics already include built-in protection. For lighter fabrics or white sofas, we can apply a pre-delivery protective treatment on request.
What can I do with my old sofa?
We can take care of disposal for you. Where possible we'll donate your old sofa to charity; otherwise it will be responsibly disposed of at the tip for a small fee.
My sofa feels firmer than expected. Will it soften?
Yes — every new sofa needs a short break-in period. Firmness will ease with regular use, much like a new pair of shoes.
Can you make vegan-friendly sofas and chairs?
Absolutely. Every piece can be made vegan-friendly using foam alternatives, feather-free cushion fills, animal-product-free glues, and faux leather options.
Do you reupholster?
Yes. Reupholstery typically takes around 6 weeks to schedule in, then a further 2 weeks for completion and return.
