Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of custom furniture from MOMU ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

All MOMU furniture is made to order. Once an order is confirmed and a deposit is paid, production commences. Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Delivery

Lead times are estimates only. We will notify you of any significant delays. Delivery is subject to access and practical limitations of your premises.

Warranty

All MOMU furniture is covered by a 10-year structural warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use.
