Design Consultation — Meet With an Expert

Meet with one of our interior designers to help you with design, comfort and size of your perfect Momu piece.

If you want guaranteed one on one time with one of our interior designers, you can book an appointment to visit the showroom Monday to Wednesday.

There’s no cost, no pressure and no rushing because that's not how you make great decisions about furniture you’ll be living with for a long time.

You can book a 1 hour appointment to visit our showroom in Clayton (easy 25 min drive from the CBD) or a virtual Zoom or FaceTime appointment.

Your Sofa, Your Way — 3 Easy Steps

Here’s our 3 easy steps to choose your perfect sofa.

1. Visit our showroom or take a virtual tour. Once you've found your favorite design, we'll guide you through the size, comfort, and fabric options. Our team will ensure that the size is perfect for your room, you have the comfort you desire, and the fabric not only looks stunning but also suits your family and lifestyle.

2. Head back home and take a closer look at your fabric options. Consult with your friend who has an eye for interiors. If needed, we can provide a CAD drawing or even a site visit to ensure that your sofa fits in the lift. Once you've made your choices, we'll put together a comprehensive quote for you. If you're ready to commit, you can pay a 50% deposit and your sofa will be added to our production schedule.

3. Get excited! In about 8 weeks, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient day and time for delivery. Our experienced team will set up your new sofa for you and take away all packaging. You can then show off your beautiful new sofa to everyone, or just sit back and relax in its comfort.

Fabric and Timber Samples — Free and Fabulous

After you’ve visited the showroom (IRL or Virtually) we’ll send you free samples of the fabrics, leather or timber you love, so you can take your time, show them to your family and see how the colours work at home.

That way you can be absolutely sure you’ve made the right choice.

Apartment Lifts and Tricky Turns

When you’re thinking about your new furniture, fitting it in your lift may not be what comes to mind first.

But with so many of our customers living in apartments these days, it’s something we’re used to thinking about. And it’s not just lifts that can cause problems.

Do you have a narrow hallway or a sharp turn to get that supersized sofa through? Nothing to stress about, as we can do a site visit for you and make sure that everything’s going to fit perfectly.

It's All In the Delivery — Our White Glove Service

All our furniture is made in Melbourne. We aim to deliver your new furniture in just 8 weeks, and we’ll give you updates throughout production.

When it’s time for delivery, you can relax knowing that our service is absolutely seamless. Your design consultant will contact you approximately a week before delivery to arrange a time that suits you for your new furniture to arrive.

Our experienced delivery team will arrive on time and carefully install your new Momu piece in position.

Interstate? No problem! We deliver all over Australia.

No mess, no fuss and all packaging will be removed for recycling. Too easy!

Old Furniture Disposal — Leave It to Us

So you’ve ordered your new furniture which leads to that little problem of what do you do with the outgoing?

If it is a problem and you don’t have someone lined up to take it off your hands, we’ll organise it for you. Depending on the condition, it can either go to charity or if it has to, we can take it to the tip for you.

We can go through the options with you and get it all organised so that delivery day is a breeze.

Quality and Warranty — We've Got You Covered

Our sofas are made with Australian hardwood frames with dowelled joins and corner blocks.

We use the best quality foams and fillings available to the upholstery industry and we don’t compromise or cut corners anywhere. Which means we can give a 10 year warranty on all our upholstered furniture and it also means we’re very proud of what we sell.

Our solid timber furniture is constructed largely from 1st grade solid American Oak. Some designs may include solid Tasmanian Oak.

All joins are glued and dowelled and all pieces are expertly engineered.

Our veneered range is made from the finest Oak veneers and we use Blum stainless steel hardware.

We provide a 5 year warranty on all our timber furniture and we know that you’ll be living with and loving these pieces for many years.
