Fabric Care
Keeping Fabrics Fresh
We recommend vacuuming your upholstery weekly using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and prevent it settling into the fabric.
If a spill occurs, act quickly by gently blotting with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid scrubbing or harsh chemicals. If your fabric has built-in protection, most spills can be removed with water alone, or a mild soap solution for more stubborn marks.
For difficult stains or a deeper clean, we recommend using a professional upholstery cleaner.
To help preserve colour and fabric quality, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight where possible, using blinds or curtains during the brightest parts of the day.
Leather Care
Caring for Natural Leather
Leather is a natural material and will show unique variations in tone and subtle markings — these characteristics are part of its beauty, not flaws.
A weekly wipe with a soft, damp cloth removes the everyday particles that can damage the surface over time.
For stubborn stains, use a specialist leather cleaner to treat, nourish, and extend the life of your leather.
Cushion Care
Maintaining Shape & Loft
Your seat cushions require very little maintenance beyond regular rotation to help them wear evenly and maintain their shape. Back cushions filled with feather and fibre will benefit from regular plumping and rotation to maintain their comfort, loft, and appearance.
